SAFETEA-LU Legislative Summary

Background

On August 10, 2005, the President signed the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient, Transportation Equity Act - Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). MPO staff are still in the process of reviewing the legislation and summarizing its implications for New Hampshire and the region.
