Seacoast Bike/Walk to Work Day 

May 15, 2003 is Bike/Walk to Work Day in the Seacoast! Welcome the spring by trying your commute by bicycle or on foot!

Bicycling and walking to work are great ways to stay in shape and arrive at work awake, energized, and ready to tackle whatever challenge comes your way!

Breakfast is On Us!

Stop in at the Commuter Breakfast nearest your work place and enjoy a light breakfast donated by local businesses, and sign up for a prize drawing featuring bike accessories, tickets on the Downeaster, and more!

There will be six commuter breakfasts around the Seacoast on Thursday, May 15 from 7:00-9:00 am.
